Having your neighbors as friends can be a good thing. Well, yeah, especially if you’re robbing them blind. Apple TV’s “Your Friends and Neighbors” returns for season two — this Friday, and they’re adding new, very messy characters in the mix. Deco’s got the juicy deets…

Jon Hamm (as Coop): “Can you hold on a second? I gotta take this call.”

Aimee Carrero (as Elena): “Coop, who the hell takes a call in the middle of a robbery?”

This rich guy-turned-robber does…

Jon Hamm is back as the jobless finance guy, who starts stealing from his rich friends to pay his bills, and in season two of “Your Friends & Neighbors,” his life gets more complicated.

Jon Hamm, actor: “We’re able to expand our world a little bit and really show a couple more sides of Coop and bring in some new characters.”

New characters like James Marsden, who joins the privileged crew as the new player in town.

For the actor, it’s been a while since he’s played a show-off.

James Marsden, actor: “Yeah, to kind of peacock as much as he does. I, I’ve not, I mean, not since ‘Anchorman 2’ did I. The nature of Owen is such that he is always going a hundred miles an hour, and he does it with style, flair, and charisma. I think he just likes to disrupt. It’s about finding his place in that world, but also signaling that he’s arrived on a massive invisible horse. Every room he steps in is like, that’s his arrival.”

Amanda Peet and Olivia Munn are still decking each other like last season.

Amanda Peet, actress: “It was really fun that she was acting out almost like an adolescent. I have a lot of moodiness and rage, too, in my own personal menopause experience, and so, I just thought it was so insanely delicious. That I was able to play someone who’s not quite able to keep her filter.”

Olivia Munn, actress: “It was really interesting to go into season two with so many different conflicting feelings, like, she’s feeling shame and regret, she’s feeling justification and indignation, and feels like she really deserves to have forgiveness.”
