South Florida Sizzles Under Sunny Skies and Gusty Breezes Through Midweek

Saturday features plenty of sun, some clouds, and a few showers on a gusty breeze in the East Coast metro area.  The Gulf coast will be sunny, but look for a shower or two in spots during the afternoon, while the Keys will see lots of sun.  A high risk of dangerous rip currents is now in place at the Atlantic beaches through Sunday evening.  And don’t forget to set your clocks one hour ahead tonight, because Daylight Saving Time will be back on Sunday.  Saturday’s highs will be in the low 80s along the Atlantic coast and in the Keys, while the rest of South Florida will reach the mid-80s.

Sunday will bring lots of sun and a few clouds, along with a gusty ocean breeze, to the East Coast metro area.  The Gulf coast will see lots of sun but also some afternoon showers in spots, and we can’t rule out a stray late-night storm.  The Keys will be sunny again.  A high risk of dangerous rip currents continues at the Atlantic beaches. Sunday’s highs will be mostly in the mid-80s on the mainland and in the low-80s in the Keys.

Monday will feature lots of sun and just a cloud or two at times around South Florida.  Monday’s highs will be in the mid-80s on the mainland and the low-80s in the Keys.

Tuesday will be another sunny and warm March day in South Florida.  Tuesday’s highs will be in the mid-80s on the mainland and the low-80s in the Keys.

Wednesday’s forecast calls for lots of sun again on the mainland, while the Keys will see a nice mix of sun and clouds.  Highs on Wednesday will be in the mid-80s on the mainland and the low-80s in the Keys.
