Enjoy breezy afternoons and beach warnings early before clearing skies bring a beautiful, sunny, and warm Florida Saturday finish.
Tuesday features a seasonably cool morning and breezy conditions in the wake of a front. Look for lots of sun on the mainland and plenty of clouds and a few showers in the Keys. A high risk of dangerous rip currents is in place at the Atlantic beaches through at least Wednesday morning. Tuesday’s highs will be mostly in the upper 70s on the East Coast, mostly in the mid-80s along the Gulf Coast, and near 80 degrees in the Keys.
Wednesday will bring morning lows in the 60s on the mainland and the low 70s in the Keys. The east coast metro area will be breezy with more clouds than sun, while the Gulf coast and the Keys will see good sun and some clouds on a gusty breeze. A high risk of dangerous rip currents remains at the Atlantic beaches on Wednesday morning, and expect an elevated rip current risk there during the rest of the day. Wednesday’s highs will be in the upper 70s in the East Coast and the Keys and the low 80s along the Gulf Coast.
Thursday will feature plenty of clouds and a gusty breeze on the East Coast. The Gulf Coast will see more clouds than sun and some afternoon showers and storms. Look for clouds and a few showers in the Keys. Expect an elevated risk of dangerous rip currents at the Atlantic beaches. Thursday’s highs will be in the upper 70s in the East Coast and the Keys and in the low 80s along the Gulf Coast.
Friday will see a gusty breeze and a mix of sun and clouds alternating with passing morning showers and a few afternoon storms in the East Coast. The Gulf Coast will be sunny with a few afternoon storms in spots. The Keys will see plenty of clouds and a few showers. Friday’s highs will be in the low 80s in the East Coast metro area and the Keys and the mid-80s along the Gulf Coast.
Saturday’s forecast calls for mostly sunny skies in the East Coast and lots of sun along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys. Highs on Saturday will be in the mid-80s on the mainland and the low-80s in the Keys.
