Sunny Skies and Climbing Temperatures Precede Weekend Storms

Wednesday features sunny skies throughout South Florida.  We can’t rule out a stray shower in the Keys.  A high risk of dangerous rip currents is in place along the Palm Beach County coast, and there’s a moderate rip current risk at the beaches of Broward and Miami-Dade.  Wednesday’s highs will be mostly in the mid-80s, but some suburban areas will reach the upper 80s.

Thursday will bring lots of sun and maybe a cloud or two.  Thursday’s highs will be mostly in the upper 80s on the East Coast and in the mid-80s along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys.

Friday will feature mostly sunny skies in the East Coast and the Keys, while the Gulf Coast will see another sunny day.  Friday’s highs will be in the upper 80s on the East Coast and in the mid-80s along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys.

Saturday will be mostly sunny and hot on the mainland, with a building breeze along the Gulf coast in the afternoon.  The Keys will see lots of sun and maybe a cloud at times.  Saturday’s highs will be mostly in the low 90s on the East Coast, in the upper 80s along the Gulf Coast, and in the mid-80s in the Keys.

Sunday’s forecast calls for a mix of sun, clouds, showers, and storms.  Highs on Sunday will be mostly in the upper 80s on the mainland and in the mid 80s in the Keys.
