Some people hit the gym. Others train their taste buds. And in Miami Beach, one spot is offering up serious flavor gains. We’re talking crispy, bold, and anything but basic fried chicken. Yum, yum!

Kung Fu Chicken, the fast-growing, family-owned business, is serving up some serious flavor and discipline!
Yu Bi: “Why our name is Kung Fu is because kung fu is a culture in our country. Kung fu means you have to put a lot of effort into your work.”
A lot of work goes into this chicken. Every piece is marinated for 24 hours before it hits the fryer.
Yu Bi: “Our concept was inspired by Asian street food and the Asian night market food. So I’m trying to bring the authentic flavor from different Asian countries.”
When it does, hit the oil, you’re going to want first dibs on this chicken steak.
Yu Bi: “After it’s fried to crispy, we put our special Chinese barbecue sauce on it, and we decorate it with sesame seeds to make it look pretty.”
When the looks match the taste, you know you have a hit.
Guest: “I love the master chicken steak. It’s really, really good.”
You can’t go wrong with kung fu’s best seller either.
Yu Bi: “The classic sandwich is for everyone. It’s crispy, juicy, full of flavor, and we have different flavor options. From sweet taste to spicy.”
Other menu standouts include the Radish Kimchi and the Creamy Corn Cheese, and we can’t forget about the refreshing smoothies.
Yu Bi: “When you taste our smoothie, it has jelly in it. It also has crystal boba, and you can also taste the chunks of the real fruits.”
