Partly Sunny Outlook For South Florida

Friday features a cool start on the mainland, with lows in the upper 50s to low 60s.  Then we’ll see mostly sunny skies, a gusty breeze, and periods of showers in the East Coast metro area, and lots of sun with a gusty breeze along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys.  The high risk of dangerous rip currents at Atlantic beaches remains in effect through at least Saturday.  Friday’s highs will be in the mid-70s in the East Coast metro area and the Keys and in the low 80s along the Gulf Coast.

Saturday will bring morning lows in the upper 50s to low 60s on the mainland, followed by sunny skies around South Florida.  Expect an elevated risk of dangerous rip currents at the Atlantic beaches.  Saturday’s highs will be in the upper 70s on the East Coast, near 80 degrees along the Gulf Coast, and mostly in the upper 70s in the Keys.

Sunday will feature morning lows mostly in the cool low 60s on the mainland.  Then we’ll see another sunny day throughout South Florida.  Sunday’s highs will be in the low 80s on the mainland and the upper 70s in the Keys.

Monday will begin with lows mostly in the mid 60s on the mainland.  Then look for lots of sun again.  Monday’s highs will be in the low 80s on the mainland and the upper 70s in the Keys.

Tuesday’s forecast calls for morning lows in the mid-60s on the mainland again, followed by another sunny day across South Florida.  Highs on Tuesday will be mostly in the mid 80s in the east coast metro area, in the low 80s along the Gulf coast, and near 80 degrees in the Keys.
