South Florida Outlook: Radiant Sun and Brisk Winds Dominate the Upcoming Week

Saturday features breezy conditions on the mainland, with lots of sun along the Gulf Coast and mostly sunny skies with a few showers in the East Coast.  Look for sun, some clouds on a brisk breeze, and maybe a stray shower in the Keys.  A high risk of dangerous rip currents remains at the Atlantic beaches through Sunday evening.  Saturday’s highs will be in the upper 70s right along the Atlantic coast, in the low 80s elsewhere along the East Coast, including the Keys, and in the mid 80s along the Gulf Coast.

Sunday will bring breezy conditions throughout South Florida, lots of sun along the Gulf Coast and the Keys, and an early mix of sun and clouds, which will give way to sunny skies on the East Coast.  A high risk of dangerous rip currents will continue at the Atlantic beaches through Sunday evening.  Sunday’s highs will be near 80 degrees on the East Coast, in the mid-80s along the Gulf Coast, and in the low-80s in the Keys.

Monday will feature a gusty breeze and lots of sun on the mainland, while the Keys will be breezy with sunny skies.  Expect an elevated risk of dangerous rip currents at the Atlantic beaches.  Monday’s highs will be in the low 80s on the East Coast and the Keys and in the mid-80s along the Gulf Coast.

Tuesday will see mostly sunny skies around South Florida.  The East Coast will also see a gusty breeze.  Tuesday’s highs will be in the low 80s in the East Coast and the Keys and in the mid-80s along the Gulf Coast.

Wednesday’s forecast calls for a nice mix of sun and clouds in the East Coast and the Keys, while the Gulf Coast will see lots of sun.  Highs on Wednesday will be mostly in the mid 80s.
