Sun, Daily Storms, and High Rip Current Risks Define the Five-Day Forecast

Saturday features lots of sun with some afternoon storms on a gusty breeze in the East Coast metro area.  Look for sunny skies along the Gulf Coast.  The Keys will see hot sun and a few storms in spots.  A high risk of dangerous rip currents is in place along the Palm Beach County coast, and there’s an elevated rip current risk at the beaches of Broward and Miami-Dade.  Saturday’s highs will be in the upper 80s on the East Coast, while the Gulf Coast and the Keys will reach the low 90s.

Sunday will bring a mix of good sun, some clouds, and plenty of showers on the mainland in the afternoon.  The Keys will be mostly sunny with periods of showers.  Sunday’s highs will be in the upper 80s on the East Coast and in the low 90s along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys.

Monday will feature plenty of sun and periods of showers and storms in the East Coast metro area.  The Gulf Coast will be sunny with periods of showers in the afternoon.  Look for a mix of sun, clouds, and showers in the Keys.  Monday’s highs will be in the upper 80s on the East Coast and in the low 90s along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys.

Tuesday will see good sun alternating with showers and storms in the East Coast metro area.  The Gulf coast will be sunny in the morning, but showers will develop in the afternoon.  The Keys will be mostly sunny, with a chance of showers.  Tuesday’s highs will be in the upper 80s on the East Coast and in the low 90s along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys.

Wednesday’s forecast calls for lots of sun and some showers and storms in spots on the mainland, while the Keys will be sunny with the chance of a stray shower.  Highs on Wednesday will be mostly in the upper 80s in the East Coast metro area and in the low 90s along the Gulf Coast and in the Keys.
